Received multiple phone calls from "Legal Service" saying the County of Santa Clara has a lawsuit against me. The caller gave a file number. When I called back the person knew the last four of my social and refused to tell me the name and address of their company. They then got frustrated and said "see you in court". They have also been leaving messages at my work and with my mother.

I have been receiving calls from Legal Service on my landline. I feel they are phishing calls. The phone number on my caller ID 520-442-9212. It is a different person every time. Most of the time when I pick up the phone there will be a delay and the call disconnects. They want me to verify who I am regarding a legal matter. They state they have the last four digits of my social security and want me to verify it. I did not give out any information or verify my Social Security number. I wanted to report the calls.

Received a call from this number claiming that they would be serving me with a court summons and that I needed to verify my SSN, DOB, and mailing address. When I refused the company then advised me that they already had my information and read back my complete SSN, DOB, and Address. They then told me they'd be serving the papers and I needed to get a lawyer and he'd see me in court.
