On May 28, 2020 and May 29, 2020 I ordered 2 identical appliances from the Lemiego website (one for self, one as a gift). The website had a disclaimer which read, "Due to the unforeseen impacts of COVID-19, current delivery times are running considerably longer than usual. Stay well and thanks for choosing us." I waited approximately 1 week before checking processing/shipping status. As this website appeared to be reputable. Immediately after submitting my order I received confirmation reflecting, item number, payment received and order status "processing". Inquiring on my orders one week later I received a response which read, Processing. I called the number on their website, (307) 802-1388 which is invalid. There is a Chat screen on their website for questions/answers. I requested information about my 2 orders. There is a message on the Chat Screen that reads, if no reply within 5 minutes they will email you. No replies. I emailed, [email protected] which is one of the emails on their website. Also, no replies. I immediately called my bank and notified the Better Business Bureau. The ScamPulse.com provided me with a link where other customers experienced the same problem. Customers never received their item(s) ordered. Also the address of this business is not valid. Based on other complaints filed with the ScamPulse.com I also contacted PayPay. I submitted a claim with PayPal. A few days after contacting my bank I received an email from Lemiego indicating they were shipping my order. At this point I was completely discouraged and thought I would never receive my order(s). On 06/11/2020 I did receive one order which was in perfect condition. The same date, I returned to their website's Chat screen and emailed [email protected] (the other email which is on their website) informing them that I received one item and requested processing status regarding my second order. I notified PayPal of the same. PayPay cancelled one claim and proceeded processing my second claim. Based on PayPal's investigation I was notified by PayPal on 06/20/2020 my case was closed in my favor. This entire ordeal was frightening, inconvenient and exhausting!

I ordered two items and a week later it was still “processing” I had to pay through PayPal. I contacted the company via email under their “contact us” I got a generic response. I emailed and sent messages for several days and asked about cancellation and no one responded. I called the number on their website and the phone is disconnected.
