I talked to A lady named Audra Mitchell, she said I was approved for a loan of 10,000, I gave her my bank info, after that she had a man named Jacob Parker call me back giving me details of the loan, he said he will deposit 1000.00 in my account and I will have to go to Walmart and send the money back to them. He sent a check for 499.00. A couple of hours later I logged in my account and it was where I couldn't log in my account on line, my debit card declines purchases I buy, so I dealt with scams, I have an email saying I was approved of rhe loan, now I'm stuck with my bank, I called my bank and they are doing an investigation.

I was told that my request for a $4,000.00 loan was approved. Then I was asked for my state ID and I gave them a copy of my Canceled Weapons ID, routing # and Account # so they could deposit $535.00. Next I was told to withdraw this amount from my checking account, go to WalMart and call them so that they could give me the information and code to send this money to them. After that was completed, I was to get the $4,000.00 Loan.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

They sent me a document to sign approving a $8,000 loan but they would give me a smaller amount and said if I repay that then they will give me the balance. I had sent them my photo ID as well. Never got the loan and when I emailed they never responded and when I called the lines were always busy. Now am nervous about identity theft. I asked for a loan as am unemployed and have no money in the bank!? Wondering what their next steps will be.

The scam company contacted us after we asked for an SBA loan and was denied, then the scam company Lending Hub America contacted us and said that we could get a loan from them, but first, we needed to establish a payment history with the lender, but getting money deposited into our account and then sending it to one of the scammers CASH App account. First, they asked for all of our log-in in and account if and Drivers Lic. before we could get the loan. The had us speak to 3 different people making us think we were talking to real lenders. The scammers appeared to be from India. As a result our bank accounts were frozen by the bank.
