I ordered 3 dresses from a Facebook ad. The ad stated they were made in the US and free returns within 30 days of receipt. The dresses received were very poor quality and came from China. The dresses looked nothing like the photos and one was damaged as well. I emailed the company and requested a prepaid return label since they advertise free returns. I was told no, I would have to pay to return and mail them to Dubai. The packaging they came in was written in Chinese. It costs more to mail the package to Dubai than I paid for the dresses. Clearly, not made in the USA and if I have to pay to return, it is not free. I have spent hours over the last month trying to resolve this and they refuse to provide a return label.
