Scam Alert! Please read this and judge for yourself!

Scam! Don't fall for it as I have did. Take any snippets of their knives and search it via google image and you will see the knives far cheaper. A knife going for $250+ was found just to be $6.99!

I purchased a set of 10 knifes from letcase on 8/15/2021. Untill now I haven't recieved any info on the my order. They sent me a tracking number, but when I track the package it still at the same location, hasn't yet arrived at the USPS facility. I sent an email to them and have yet to hear from them. They don't even have a customer number to call and speak with someone reguarding my order. I will never purchase anything from LETCASE in the future.

I bought a steak knife set of 6 from Letcase, They are olive wood handle, looks very elegant. Of course,they are expensive,
however, the best steak knives that I have purchased.

Letcase Steak Knives are well balanced and hold a sharp edge rather than rapidly get dull like some knives.
The textured blades seem to have a design on them but the real purpose of the texturing is to create air spaces during the cutting of meat to prevent the meat forming a seal on the blade while cutting the meat. This makes for a smoother meat cutting/slicing process.
These knives come with a nice presentation in a wooden box. Each blade has a protective plastic cover on it to protect the fingers when a knife is lifted out. I would recommend them as a gift set, especially as a quality housewarming gift.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a set of five meat cleavers from a company called letcase for 68.99 on sale. This was after I saw the site advertised on Facebook in my feed. I received and email stating that part of the order was being shipped. I got one knife and then after a few days I emailed the company and asked what was the ETA for the rest of the knives. My fourth email was more successful and they replied that I had not in fact ordered an almost 300.00 set of knifes but one knife. I thought perhaps I had made a mistake because i was shopping from home while i had covid. I went back onto the site, and there is the set listed at regular price of 139.99 now on sale for 66.99. I emailed the company back stating that what I ordered was still listed on the site as being on sale for even less this time and that if this ad was a mistake they need to take it down. "crickets". I do not believe that the knife set I ordered even exists at any price.
