I searched on AMAZON - found LIBERTY HEARING with 4 star out out of 5 rating. Ordered hearing aids on January 13, 2024 and paid by credit card. The shipment was never received and asas of March 16, 2924 I have received no response to my numerous inquiries by email. Now it seems that their website and all contact information has been taken down

I feel stupid that I fell for this scam.
Liberty Hearing 584 Castro St #2073, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA
They have a legit looking website advertising their product.
They are selling hearing aids and the extended warranty.
You get an Amazon product called HueHearing that cost 69.90 and charged me $147.57. They boast a 90 day guarantee but they do not answer nor return any of your emails. They have no phone number, which should have been a clue but I was blind. They need to be held accountable! Remove their website!

We thought we bought and paid for a hearing aid from this "so-called" company on Sunday. September 10, 2023 . We received an order confirmation (Order #1206) via email that same day. We paid extra money for expedited shipping and the total taken by these people was: $127.07 from my Debit Card. To date, we've heard absolutely nothing further regarding the product being shipped, or being readied for shipping, or any tracking information. Finding this odd, we contacted the ScamPulse.com in Sacramento, CA, and were told by the agent that the routed IP address looks to have originated in the Netherlands. The address listed by these people in San Francisco, CA, also looked suspicious (building for sale, etc.). The area code for the phone number they provided was actually located in Mississippi (and of course, was disconnected). Next, they claimed to have a warehouse in NJ which we could not find. And finally on their mobile site, they posted symbols for: ScamPulse.com - A+ rating, Trusted Site Secure, McAfee Secure, and Trust Pilot. They also posted numerous customer highly rated statements, Awards, and a Doctor who we could not find anywhere in the U.S. After investigating these things, NONE of them were legitimate which makes us convinced this is a Scam Site. They have our money and we don't know how to get it back. We also sent a "message" on their site asking for status and got nothing, but crickets. It is of concern as well as to how many people may have fallen into this trap with these people. Please investigate aggressively and if possible, make us whole again, or at the very least, SHUT THEM DOWN.
