This business is doing business as life vac and selling counterfeit product. The website from time to time will also disappear and no longer work. I reached out to the customer service email (the only way to contact on the website) after ordering a product. I realized it was not the real life vac website and wanted to cancel the order and shipment. I do not have any counterfeit product from a fake company. No one else responded to my multiple attempts.
