I first saw lightning bargains on an Instagram advertisement. I immediately looked up the reviews online to make sure it was safe and I found no negative or positive reviews.So I ordered a Minnie Mouse back back for my daughters 3 year birthday, that night we went to the store and found something better. After the initial email I received immediately after purchase with my order number attached was a paragraph stating to respond to the email within 24 hours if I wanted the order canceled and refunded, Which I did that same night. I never received a follow up email so I called the following morning to view the status. At first the lady told me I was unable to be refunded and or canceled because they never received my email which I had proof of date and time.Then she told me they received it however the order has already been processed and I am unable to get my money back, After arguing with this lady for an hour I demanded to speak to a supervisor for her behavior and my unsatisfactory order placed. She replied there is no manager in the office today which is already extremely fishy. At the end of the phone call she agreed to the refund and I received the email immediately stating I would get my full refund with in 3 to 10 business days. Patiently waiting I call again and he tells me he will file a report and send it up to the billing department, the money will be refunded with in 3 to 10 business days. I wait AGAIN and no refund. I call once more explain my issue and request to be put through straight to the billing department and am told they have no public line. They put through another request to corporate and I wait 3 to 10 business days once more. After waiting for over a month for this refund I finally snap and call once more, I received an email stating I am now in the lightning bargains member ship program and will be charged monthly, I call and tell my story once more and she tells me she will put through a request to the corporate office and I will get my refund with in 3 to 10 business days. I was absolutely not having it I requested to be transferred to corporate immediately and I was. Corporate told me the order was canceled as well as my membership A MONTH AGO and the system stated I was already refunded and there was nothing she could do for me. I am so utterly disgusted and feel very disrespected and scammed. No one should ever have to go through what I went through and that website deserves to be black listed asap along with those rude and disrespectful representatives. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Company posts on social media (ie: Facebook, Instagram, etc) ads to get something for free just pay shipping. In my case it was a free mini mouse cell phone case and only pay $6.95 for shipping. Then the company never gets back to you nor does it send you the product. But hey they have your cc and personal info! SCAM
