I have received 6 letters from this company so far claiming I have unclaimed ERC tax credit. This would be illegal as we have already received our ERC tax credit years ago. These people do not want to take no for an answer and I am not willing to break the law. It feels incredibly scammy as there is no return address or email address just a phone number and a website. They do try to make it appear as though the letter is from our bank that I have no idea how they would even know who our bank is.
