Followed an ad off of tiktok a trusted friend sent to me regarding a balance toy she thought my daughters would love. Read description and "customer reviews" and decided to purchase.

Received a confirmation email December 9th stating a follow up email would be sent once package was in transit. Checked status and sent email December 18th regarding ETA since I had hoped to gift to my daughters on Christmas. No response. Sent follow up email December 27th stating that if no satisfactory response was received that o would dispute with credit card company. No response now than 24 hours later from a company who stated 24/7 customer service, so I disputed charge with my credit card company. Pending
