This lending party wanted me to conduct a soft credit using a third party website My3BReport. The instruction on the email was create an account, send my Username, Password and my last 4 of my SSN or attach a credit report and send them to them. Honestly, this was the first time a lender would ask me to do this, I have always worked with other lenders that had the ability to pull soft credit this particular lender was very suspicious on the way they conduct business. Also the funding specialist seem to lack the ability to answer my question he always try to avoid them and keep repeating that in order to continue with the application they need the following information. When try to visit their company website my anti-virus keep popping up with a warning that the site is not secure. I have try to use 3 web browser; google, firefox and edge and all give the same warning and the website not available. This is only a concern and its better to be safe than sorry, maybe the company is legitimate but one can be sure.
