I received an email to my personal email address claiming that I was a customer, they knew my name and claimed that my subscription (that I don’t have) to Norton LifeLock was set to expire today and that I had Auto-Renew turned on. They attached a PDF invoice made to look like a real Norton invoice and gave a phone number of 1-877-499-0431 to call to cancel the subscription. When I called, someone with a foreign accent answered. I forwarded this email to the real Norton company email, [email protected]. I am attaching copies of the email and the attachment that came with it.
