Louden's Construction LLC posted online as a roofing specialist, we spoke on the phone and then quickly sent me an invoice requiring 1st payment for roofing materials prior to job beginning. The contractor provided the estimate without coming to the property, which was very suspicious. Once arriving to the job site the next week, this project was never started due to a discovery of a different material needed removing and a new quote needed to be accomplished. This job project was terminated and the plaintiff (myself) asked for the deposit to be returned.

After several attempts to contact and discuss the return of 1st payment, the defendant (Louden Construction) provide many examples that they could not return because spent on other personal bills. The plaintiff sent a email allowing some grace time for this returned payment, no response by email was never provided, after a few text exchanges of various excuses it seemed very likely Louden Construction was not going to return the deposit for materials potential purchased.
