I purchased a shoe organizer from a Luvin Fort, which was advertisong on Facebook. I never received my order or a refund. The website is no longer working and there is no dorect contact information.

I waited over 2 weeks for an order of shoe "air shelves" and it was never delivered. When I emailed they said there was a high demand and offered a partial refund to cancel my order. I asked why if it was never shipped and they sent only part of it and cancelled
