Returned a phone call from David Rikehurst at 1-866-322-2824, who stated they are a representative of Lumen benefit's team. The call was answered by a female representative, who did not provide her name but collected social security number, last name, date of birth, and zip code. When we called our actual Lumen representative, they said they do not have Daivd Rikehurst as an employee. We do have a copy of the recording saved on our phone.
