This page followed me on Instagram. I went through their page and browsed their website. It seemed legit. I bought a throw blanket as a Christmas gift. I never received it, never got any updates, and they refuse to respond to my messages.

My husband placed an order with this online retailer on 12/10. They sent an order confirmation and charged his PayPal. He followed up on 12/21 when he realized he never received shipping confirmation. Five days later, he received an automated response (attached) saying the email was undeliverable. We contacted them using the chat feature on their website. None of these attempts have received any response. Several comments on Instagram indicate identical experiences.
