Lush Lift Reports & Reviews (1)

On March 31, 2021, I responded to an ad on Instagram for Megan Markle’s Lush Lift Eye Serum which I ordered. I was charged $5.87, $5.45, $93.41, and $97.35 on my credit card. I received the eye serum and a jar of age defense cream. I thought the cost was excessive, but considered it a live-and-learn experience. In May, I received the same products and assumed I had unknowingly ordered a 2-month supply. In June, my husband asked me about $424.87 charges on our credit card. All were from different cosmetic companies with different phone numbers. Long-story-short — all 9 numbers on my statement lead to a single “third party contact” in the Philippines as does the number 1-888-618-6091 which I was given as the number for Lush Lift in AZ. I was told I had agreed to call a certain number within 10 days to cancel and did not do so. I do not recall seeing any information to that effect. My pattern is to make a note of the number, if there is such a disclosure. I have asked for, and have not yet received, a copy of my agreement to a monthly program. The “company” also agreed to refund $179 for products charged, but not received. These products are available on Amazon for less than $30 each.
