An instagram ad and their webpage advertised shorts with 4 and 6" inseams, double stitched seams, with minor distressing on the seams, and large pockets in the front and back, all made of premium fabric with 4-way stretch material. I purchased a total of three shorts all in the same style, but different colors - brown, black, and orange. The products I received looked nothing like the advertisements and I received two different styles of short. The color on the brown short was a warmer orange tone instead of a cool light brown tan tone. The inseam on the black short is only 1.5", inseam on the "brown" short is 1.75" and inseam on the orange short is 2.75". All three shorts show no distressing on the seams and most all seams are single-stitch. The pockets on the back of the black and "brown" short are much smaller than the advertisement pictures. On July 4th, 2023, I attempted to process a return and refund request through their website, but received an error message saying my order could not be found. I emailed their support team, explaining the discrepancies between their ad and the merchandise I received and requested a refund and to return the merchandise. After many emails back and forth, they admitted the mistake but only offered me a 10% refund and then finally a 15% refund. I paid $79.95 for the 3 shorts. I've filed a claim with my credit card company who is working with me to process a full refund.
