I received my daughter's dress today, 12/21/23. The dress in the top left corner the stitching is coming apart. There are two different colors of this dress. My daughter says the fabric is very itching. I'm not happy with this product I am requesting to return it and a refund. Please First you message me back months later. I understand the policy. When the merchandise come damaged and not right I'm requesting at least 1/2 of my money back also I've sent you pictures also you have over charged my account the dress was 148.50 with free shipping and you took 161.45 out of my account you are not professional at all or have tried to resolve this issue months ago.i purchased the dress in November 29th, 2023 i received the dress in December 21st, 2023 ive messaged them serveral times the day i received it and i sent them pictures they haven't responded until March 29th, 2024 stating no returns in the policy but i messaged them the problems day one they offered no resolution i guess they will message me back in another 4 months
