I ordered several clothing items from the two scamming online businesses listed above. It took 2 months for a couple of the items to arrive. What was received was terrible quality and not all items were received. I emailed there customer service department regarding the shipment and missing items. They emailed me back to tell me they were sending the items in two separate shipments. It took almost three months for one of the other tops to arrive and the other item never came. The most recent top I received after waiting 2.75 months was stained and looked used, didn’t have any size labels, was too small and wasn’t the fabric it was described on there website. I was suppose to receive a free top that was never sent. I also ordered a jumper that I never received. When I emailed the customer service department that I wanted to return the top and cancel the jumper order and questioned why I didn’t receive the free top it took a week for a response. They denied not sending the missing items and could not understand the reason for returning the item through words.. These clothing websites are a scam and you will receive items that are terrible quality or not receive your order at all.

These business are scammers from China. Clothing is made of material that looks like fabric shower courtains (kind of plastic). The product quality is the cheapest and itchy. When you try to refund your clothing nobody responds to you. No numbers to call. No responses to emails. Nothing. So you are just out the money. I put a complaint on paypal and they denied my request for money back because they said they delivered. That sad realization that you are out the money and have nothing to show for it. Absolute scammers. Not to mention it takes like 3 months to receive anything their crappy stuff. Shipping updates say delivered and its a fake tracking number! So frustrating. Wish the people behind this scam burn!!! Instead they have scammed so many people! (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/luvrosy.com) and getting rich each day!!!

Luvrosy uses Facebook to advertise their clothing items. I purchased a pair of overalls over two months ago, and have yet to receive any email regarding shipping. I emailed the company several times asking for a refund or an update on my product. I was told approximately a month ago that my item had been mailed, but USPS had yet to send them the tracking number. I have read reviews from others that they never received their item, or they did and it was not anything like the picture on their site... (terrible quality, wrong color, etc.)

I ordered merchandise from this site on 4/24 and have yet to receive it.  Sent the company an email with no response.  Today is 5/28 and I still do not have merchandise lost 156.00.

May 2nd I placed a order for 76.00$ I got an email saying they'd send me emails when my order shipped. Never heard anything so I sent them a email on May 16th and they responded with my order would be shipped out in 1to 3 days and told me I'd get a email from ups. Well its the 28th and still nothing.

I placed a clothing order with them on April 26, 2020. Despite several attempts to reach them, initially asking for my stuff, and now demanding a refund, they have never answered me. I have also reported them to facebook numerous times, however facebook is allowing them to continue, and thus is complicit in the theft.

Fake womens clothing Boutique! Paid $98.00 never recieved purchase, probably never will. Emailed several times NO RESPONSE. No company phone to contact customer service.

Luvrosy is a clothing website. Looks like great clothes, you order (I paid for expedited shipping) and then they disappear. I cannot track or confirm my order. It has been over two weeks. I paid $150.00 and will likely see nothing. I have asked for a refund and have again, heard nothing. COMPLETE SCAM.

I placed an order online April 11 and it is now May 9 and I have not received my order. This company replied once on April 21 when I followed up on the status of my order stating an item was on backorder and they will be shipping the full order in 7 days. I have followed up several times since and have never received a reply back.

I placed an order through this company on 04/09/2020. I received an email stating that my order was received and would be processed. I paid through PayPal and Luvrosy took payment. I have emailed them a minimum of ten times to find out if my order was delayed/cancelled/out of stock etc... and have heard absolutely nothing in return. It has been 30 days and I have received no response and no order. They claim to only have email customer service, no phone calls.

The website Luvrosy was advertising on FB. I clicked on the add and proceeded to purchase 1 item of clothing. I paid through Paypal and my debit card was charged. I received a confirmation email, but after 3 weeks still had not received an email saying the item had shipped. I contacted the customer service very politely asking for a refund but did not receive a response. I googled the store name and found that many others had also paid for clothing and never received their items. After looking more closely on the website, I saw that their customer service is only available by email. The reviews given on the clothing items are clearly fake, repetitive, and have very "American names".  The address they gave under their "about us" page is:
