up, read testimonials.clicked on contact us they responded right away, i said was looking for a female their were two, i asked where they were located they Colorado springs Co, they began texting asked where we were located,I asked how they would be delivered they said a flight nanny will fly in the cabin with pup to you local airport and pup would be delivered to our door step,then they went on to say the puppies are my family and think of them as my children i only do things i fully trust they have been shipped this why many times, And of course a additional fee was reasonable that should have been a red flag i didn't catch. i asked if i could pay with credit card they said preferably Zelle or apple pay.like a [censored] i paid with Zelle. They said they will be sending contract and they have to register the pup i received a certificate, next i received a text stating that a agency will contact me stay close to phone and email.Got a email and phone call from shipping co stated urgent crate needed they said the puppy was unable to fly do to the weather and gave me option to buy a crate or rent one the fees were insanely high but of course it stated it was 98% refundable. i knew then it was a scam did not pay any more money and tried to get a hold of them they are not responding me. i asked if every thing is legit you will have no problem refunding our money. luxpoodlehome.com is a scam that needs to be shut down now.
