We purchased a relatively expensive Maine [censored] cat from a breeder (the breeder is Epic Blue Falls cattery). Luxis pet transportation was to deliver our cat on Thursday 8/23/2018 to Clinton National Airport, in Little Rock, AR. I received a confirmation that everything was paid in full, and that our pet was scheduled to be at Little Rock airport at 6:30p. Luxis did not give any information on where to meet the pilot / aircraft. I therefore asked for an aircraft Tail Number to track the flight and determine where to meet the airplane. No response from Luxis until about 1 hour before the pilot/aircraft was supposed to deliver our pet. They indicated that the pet didn't meet "regulatory age restrictions for travel" and the flight was cancelled.

I attempted sending the e-mails, call them and left messages. They will not return calls or e-mails. Now their phone seems to be rejecting all calls.

I am out a lot of money and still haven't been able to acquire our new family member.
