This man - Stewart Otis (Odis?) is posing as a food delivery driver with no restaurant and/or not licensed with the Tulsa health department. He delivers under false, made-up flyer's and tells me the cost of a meal he delivered to me and the price of it that came out of my debit card was much higher. That's how I knew he was a scam. He also tried to compromise my debit card without my consent. I did not purchase anything else from this individual and he tried to steal more money out of my debit card so, he must have one of those squares he put on his phone to swipe and charge his victims and that square has to be illegal somehow too as if that was stolen? There's so many charges for his illegal activity that he can be charged with. Also, wherever the food came from gave me real bad stomach pains. He has been on local TV news warning others for him doing this to people. While they caught up with him on the news, he rented an apartment solely for the purpose of cooking food and delivering it. A man that worked for him spoke to the news (anonymously) and said Stewart O. did not change the grease to the burgers, fries or other foods for two days. The man said he thought that he needed all of Tulsa to know what he was doing and to people. There is two YouTube videos about this scammer/fraud. It was from four years ago ("2 news problem solvers" or "2 news works for you") but, he is back doing scamming (the same thing) after he left town for four years after he received a hefty fine for this. I am the first that reported the complaint again this time around that I was told. The YouTube video is called - The Midnight Grill investigate and there is the one with a reporter on this scammer and one about the news reporting them opening up their doors again but, they did not and Stewart Odis? (Otis?) is scamming and frauding as if he is an official, certified, licensed Burger Shack/The Midnight Grill food delivery drivers. He even took my $2.00 cash tip from me with no conscious and took it with pure pleasure. There are several different flyers and I'm assuming he has access to all of them with different numbers? He changes up his menus that he has put out at different places. I got mine at the airport /LA Quinta motel on Admiral & Sheridan Rd sitting on the counter during my stay with them. I have all the pictures. Food, bank statements, charges, overcharges, our phone conversations regarding the food delivery and charges, the menu flyers. Someone please do something about this man permanently and he needs to be arrested and also give restitution to his victims. Thank you.
