They claim to sell 3D hoodies. I purchased a couple. The next day I attempted multiple times to call this business regarding a foreign transaction fee… I am also in United States. The phone number listed on Google goes straight to voicemail with no recording at all. My multiple emails were never responded to. Also, the money taken out of my account was taken out of Ontario Canada… not in the US. They are also on social media so I shared this information with everyone I know.

I ordered a mickey mouse hoodie and it said it was being processed. They gave me a tracking number which has never worked and everytime I contact them to have them send an email, they never respond outside of an automated response. They took the money ($45) off my card but it's now Jan 12th 2023 and still I have no package or answers. There is no address on their website, only an email address.

Paid for item 12/22/22 and they send you a tracking number that says it shipped but never gets to the post office and no one will answer a email about an up date lots of other people have been waiting for there stuff also as I found out after I got ripped off

They sell 3D sweatshirts. The website claims they are out of New York, but the disclaimers are saying the laws that govern them are in Canada. However the product is coming from China, according to shipping. When I tracked the package it says it can't be found. I have emailed them 3 times now with zero response. I had 3 orders made through paypal and it said it would take 2-3 weeks. The wait time is super bad, and the website says something to the tune about 30 days to return. So I wasn't born last night if anything they may or may not ship the stuff after 30 days. Kind of hard to ship something if the tracking number is not valid. They advertised on Facebook sweatshirts for christmas gifts. What a great idea, but it's bogus. I period. I tried calling the number provided to pay pal and it's disconnected. The website phone number you can tell is some kind of just a virtual mailbox this number goes no where too. I emailed the company twice and they have yet to respond. One email directly to them, and another from there website. No response.

Shopping online for my wife and came across this 3D Hoodie that has Hello Kitty all over the item on Dec 5th. I went ahead and purchased it. This has I got the confirmation in my email. I checked my credit card and they took 48.94 out of my CC. Then Dec 7th came around and then I got an email confirmation that they shipped my package. They gave me a tracking number I went online to see if I can see where it is coming from but it said it is unknown. I can't even track my package. Inside the Tracking detail area it said "The carrier hasn't updated any tracking result or the tracking number/carrier info is incorrect.". It said this for the last 2 and half weeks. I tried emailing ([email protected]) them several times and today I just called them and the called forward to a automated voice mail. It would be nice to know what is going on. They have my Credit Card information. They did say in the shipped confirmation email to "wait 14 to 21 days for the item to get to your house". Today 21 days . However it is past Christmas and the surprise for this present is no longer there. I know a lot of things get screwed up on shipping but if I can't get a hold of the store or track my item then that put a flag on this company. I just don't want anyone else to get scammed.

This is the first order which was 65.55 and the other order was for 103.93 which equals 169.48 altogether. One order says in transit and the other sayd shipped but no shipping label. I have sent emails and nothing.

I placed an order on December 2, 2022 for about 6 hoodies for Christmas totaling about $212.90, after using a promo code I found online, at my 3d hoodie dot com . The website disclosed information after I had made the purchase that it will take about 3-5 days to process the order and then about 5-10 days to ship the order out. Never received any notice on if my order was being processed or shipped. You are able to track the package, tried that to see if there was an update, there is none. I tried calling the number they give you to contact them, number goes straight to voice mail. I emailed them a number of different times to only get one response and that was it take 1 -2 business day from them to respond to emails and to add your order number for faster service, it now as been four days, I contacted my credit card company and have put a dispute on the charge in hopes to have my funds returned.
