At first they never shipped the product, and when questioned they finally shipped it. A month later. I wanted to return it immediately after opening, and they said I had to be on a minimum 4 month trial paying $8/month for the services. You initially pay $35 for the product and if you don't want the product you can return for a full refund. Which I have done. I have tracking information as well as emails of conversation proof. I have not received a refund for the product, and they have not cancelled my subscription. You cannot cancel your subscription yourself, THEY HAVE TO DO IT. Their website shows nothing short of 4-5 star raving reviews, but if you check their social accounts such as Instagram, you will find MANY women experiencing the same problems and extremely frustrated. So they're removing/silencing TRUE reviews and not responding to customers PROBABLY because they're backed up with unhappy customers, but nothing is getting resolved for anyone.
