I purchased a steel cardholder and keyring - the website looks great but once ordered there is no response. They have ignored all my emails - when you try to return on their website as per their chat-line automated system - the start a return process does not work - just keeps buffering. I have sent them 7 emails in the past week asking for a return address but they do not reply. These items were purchased for my son for Xmas so had to buy him another gift. The items are so cheap that you ould not gift to anyone. A terrible experience - deal with this company at your own peril

Very simple. These wallets are garbage. They are so thin I could barely fit the cards I needed. Trying to get the cards back out is another story. There is no customer service. Been trying to return for over a month. No response. Do not give them a dime.

I am extremely disappointed with the product received as opposed to the one advertised on the web site.
Points at issue:
• The leather is nothing like what is imaged on the website. It almost appears to be suede rather than premium (shiny) leather and is certainly no Royal Navy. (see pictures attached)
• It looks like is has already been used with various markings on the suede. Not what I except straight out the box new!
• The colour is a grey/blue and nothing like Royal Navy
• The wallet I received appears to be for left hand operation (of the slide function) on the website it appears as a
right operation (for the slide function) which is what I expected
• Although minor there is no instruction on how to use the slide function
• When you say Express Australia Post Delivery that is not 3 weeks delivery time. Express Post in Aust is 1 to 2 business days. There appears to be three postage labels on the packaging perhaps why it has taken 3 weeks to deliver
Finally I have e-mailed twice for a refund with absolutely no reply whatsoever and when searching on the net this is a common complaint about refunds from this company (which never happen).

Placed order and paid, April 30. It is now June 9 with "estimated delivery date of May 15 -May 23". I have written and nothing has changed. Complete rip off and I am ashamed I did business with these crooks.
DO NOT do business with these people because they are not legit.

I ordered my husband a wallet a month ago. We still haven't received it. There's no phone number only email. I have been asking for over a week where my order is. I keep getting the same answer it will be here in 4-7 days. Such a scam

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I have emailed them 3 times with a request to allow me to mail the improperly ordered item back to them and have them send the item I actually wanted and thought I had ordered to me. Both are the same price. No reply at all. ABSOLUTE SILENCE. Frustrating. I have something I don"t want or need and cannot correct it. Bummer.

Wallet and key-ring and cardholder on website gave distinct impression that a facility to
be able to locate these items if mislaid with ones mobile phone anywhere in the world! This "Apple i-phone" facility did not materialise in grossly overdue parcel recieved
To add insult to injury this site offered me a "25% discount on my next purchase"! How is it possible for a so-called business appear to thrive with such overpriced obviously inferior quality Chinese products?

I have never been more disappointed in a product than I am in this wallet. It is clearly not the same wallet advertised on your website. The wallet I was expecting was leather and what I received is not leather nor quality constructed. The wallet feels like plastic and cardboard and smells of the glue. The threads from the plastic leather are visible, there is glue protruding from the seems and the fabric is poorly cut in places. I can not gift this to anyone as it looks like something from the Dollar Tree. They should be ashamed of themselves conning people like this. The product is trash and I’d like my money back but they won't respond to my emails. They also have no other contact information available. The wallet I received looks nothing like the wallet you are selling on your website. I am utterly disappointed in the deceit. They are a scam website.

I purchased a wallet from this company which took over 1.25 months to arrived. Via the tracking I knew it was sent from overseas and when it was received,  it was junk. I tried to return following the instructions, noting the hassles free returns on the website, but after 6 emails received no response from the company. I was unaware at the time of purchase that there was no customer service phone number... only email. I have reported this to my credit card company as well.

Customer Service won't respond. They only take your money

Customer Service will ignore you when it comes to enquiries and returns, but will incessantly hound you to spend your money. I tried to return the product(s) and they never responded. The website offers no means of contact except an e-mail address ([email protected])--an e-mail address that doesn't respond. I texted back the number [+1 (833) 226-9540] from which “Michael” texted me when I was thinking about purchasing the titanium wallet and AirTag. The Return Policy states that they’ll respond with three business days. My e-mail was sent over two weeks ago, and they haven’t responded to my initial or follow-up e-mails, or my text back to the only phone number I have from the company. I followed everything correctly according to the refund policy, and this website (https://nimalist-store.com) scammed me out of ninety-one dollars and change ($91.93). I filed a complaint with the FTC, but it even said that it doesn't handle individual complaints. The FTC states to file a complaint through one's bank, id est, one's means of payment. One can file a complaint though the FTC here: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov. One will also need to file a complaints through one's means of payment: bank, credit card, et cetera.

A search online through Google of "NIMALIST scam" reveals that I am no the only one to whom this has happened, it seems.

I ordered a titanium wallet advertised. It took over a month to arrive, I emailed a few times. No phone, no address. When received, it could not hold credit card number advertised. The elastic to open, tore on the side. They have a very clear and doable return policy. I sent a photo as they asked etc. I emailed several times asking for a return address and credit to my account. They charged my card more than advertised, which I did not notice until after the product came directly from China. No return address, nothing to identify the product other than China. All their products I believe, are from China. They obviously have no phone and no address for a reason.

This is an expert scam outfit.
