I signed a contract with Oceans Arc Paving to re landscape my front yard. They were totally unprofessional, and did not perform as stated in the contract. They asked for payment as they went, and took my money and never finished the job. They also rented a paver cutting saw and left it in my yard for the company to re possess. They left halfway through the project and I have had to go out to bid and hire another Contractor to finish the work that they should have done. I tried calling, texting, emailing with no response. I feel I was scammed as they promised something that they could not finish.
