I received a mailing from Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. They even spelled my name wrong. I don't deal with unemployment. I am retired. Someone filed unemployment in my name. How in the world do they do stuff like this. I saw on the news that this is a scam. I wanted to report it.

I want to report identity theft. I received a 1099 G form in the mail from Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. It shows I received a large sum of money. I did not. I am retired and did not claim unemployment. I wanted to report this. I contacted everyone I could think of. My bank, the police and the credit bureau. I was given this phone number on TV the other day. Quite a few of my friends have received these mailings.

I received a mailing from the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services. It included the last four digits of my Social Security number and my phone number. I don't know how they got that. The letter was directed to me as if I am an employer. I never had a company. I believe this is a scam.

My husband received a fraudulent letter in the mail from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Someone filed a claim for benefits.Claim they worked for my husband. My husband never had a company. We also contacted the Parma OH Police. They want us to bring the letter in to show an officer. The police mentioned they have had other calls regarding this. They receive about a handful of calls a day.

I have received three unemployment claims for my deceased husband from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. He passed away six years ago. They claim my husband was their employer. He never had a company. Somebody got his name and address from somewhere.

I received a mailing from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. The mailing appeared that I had applied for unemployment. How to file for unemployment. I have been retired since 2018. It was sent in my name to an address I lived at twenty years ago. I suspect identity theft.
