I ordered clothing from a website on Facebook. I contacted them when I did not receive the merchandise. They said it had been delivered. When I questioned what company delivered (USPS, UPS, FedEx) they said they used a local courier. They resent the merchandise, but it did not come to my home. Once again, they said it was delivered, but they would not tell me who they used for delivery. I contacted my credit card, and I was able to dispute the charge. I don't want others to be taken in by this company.

A previous comment about this company is the same as I am experiencing. I placed an order with Oerlie.com (via a Facebook ad) for Halloween merchandise in August 2023. I've yet to receive the merchandise and all attempts and conversation has been via email, which is responded to by the company with promises of a 50% refund (not yet issued). I've also received suspicious texts from the 'USPS' concerning a delivery that cannot be made due to inaccurate address information (not true) and the text is asking for a credit card number to resolve. I obviously did not supply this information. I believe this company is operating a scam and want to warn others of this issue.
