I have fallen into the hands of these scammers, too after reading unfortunately other disabled people who got sucked into getting their dogs , labeled as "service dogs". They advertise, it's an easy process to label your dog with your disability to help travel with you on planes or travel with you wherever you go without anyone asking you questions and with NO HASSLES.. They are sucking people with disabilities to get this easy documentations, tags and vest for your dogs. After immediately realizing my stupid mistake, I immediately tried to cancel my order. This company was closed over the weekend, so I went immediately to pay pal and my credit card to try to stop the money process. I did get help through my credit card at least to make a grievance. After doing further research this company is still in business and still sucking and taking advantage of people with disabilities to think that their paperwork, tag and vest are good enough to travel with your precious companion. Oh, but, they don't say that you have to have them properly TRAINED in this service, so what they are selling is a butch of ***. Save your two hundred dollars and type up your own paperwork because that's all it is.. THEY ARE SCAMMERS OUT FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND WILL NOT RETURN A PENNY TO YOU. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR DISABILITIES ONLY THE MONEY THAT THEY CAN SQUEEZE OUT OF YOU. I SEE THE COMPLAINTS THROUGH ScamPulse.com AND SHOCKED THAT IT STILL IN BUSINESS DOING THE SAME [censored].

I was interested in registering my dog as an emotional assistance companion and found this website. When you do a Google search, it is the first that appears. I took a look at it and it seemed to me to look credible. These scammers have made a point of doing so. This is NOT the real deal.

I was charged for the product and never received it. When I attempted to contact the company, I was told that I could not be refunded. These scammers are doing something completely unethical by taking advantage of those with mental illness who need their canine companions to cope -- I have PTSD, depression and anxiety so my dog plays a pivotal role in helping me manage. Furthermore, they are also exploiting the trusting relationship humans have created with their dogs.

DO NOT waste your time or your money with this site. I am still doing everything I can to recover the cost of the promised product and the exchange rate of $42.82 but my credit card company may not be able to help me due to the the scammers policies. Always do your research first and ONLY provide your money to companies that are government certified in your area.

I needed an emotional support animal and finally got one. I was told to register my dog and found this site. It scammed me out of $140ish and does not take refunds. My aunt has service dogs and she told me the stuff that was sent was fake because of what was sent to me. Although i was registering my dog (which apparently isnt necessary for an emotional support dog and should be free. Charging for an animal is illegal I was told) as an ESD, i was sent a red service dog vest, which is completely different than a vest used for emotional support animals. Whrn i emailed the company, they said there was no such thing as service dogs having different colored vests. This company clearly is fake if they dont know that certain animals (service, therapy, and emotional support) all have different colored vests. I just want this site looked into because as a low income person needed help, $140ish is alot. I dont want this to happen to anyone else in my situation

I was looking for certification for my dog to get her officially registered as an ESA since I suffer from terrible anxiety/mental disorders. I found this site and placed my order, then found out that my leasing office will not use the certification since it's not something you need to get a dog registered as an ESA and the ONLY thing they can accept is a doctors note.

I contacted the scammer the same day as the order, within hours, to cancel and refund my money because the "product" they are selling cannot be used for what it's being described for.

They refused to cancel my order or refund me, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was "no one else I could speak to."

I argued my case but they would not budge. All I want is to cancel my order and get a refund of the money I spent.

I thought as the Name states that this company was an "Official Service Dog Registry" only within an hour of filling out the form I found out that it is a complete scam.I called *** *** and was told that there are companies that are just scamming people. I only need a letter from my Dr and this so called ID card, which I did not receive immediately as they stated, was useless. I tried to get a refund ,but as I have read from others that were scammed, the woman I spoke with a very sarcastic, she said absolutely no refunds .Even though *** said the charges were pending.

When asked about the ID card, she said it takes a few days. I looked into this company and I see they are not even affiliated with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities). I also see that another person received a card from this company and when he entered a restaurant was told it was counterfeit. Please be aware of this scammer. There is nothing official about it!

They tried to sell me an emotional dog license so that I could travel on airplanes with my dog and you don't need one. You STILL need a letter from a physician, and no airline needs or requires this documentation. They also said "instant" and once you purchase, it says you will receive an email with the info in 3 business days - that is not instant. I called 45 mins after purchasing to try and cancel and some chick who was super rude said they would not, under any circumstance refund my money. I am now disputing with my bank, but be warned. This is a fake product, and customer service is awful.

Service animal register, pay large fee almost $300 but never rec merchandise.

They take your money instantly but product is not recd!

Once disputed and funds returned via the bank to cust.. Company gets upset and post the customer as revoked for fraud call authorities on their website with the photo the cust uploaded for the sole purpose for ID that was never received..

Company is collecting money and not assuring product is recd.

Will do nothing to asst once they have your money.

they are sending out cards with identification #s to nothing and certificate you have to fill out ..taking dr letters. charging money for useless things for certificates for emotional and all other support animals..

I paid $119 for nothing..I e-mailed them after I got removed from a rest stop being told my card was a counterfeit. I suffer with anxiety. I needed this..

This company official service dog registry is running a major illegal fraudulent scheme. Let me begin with I purchased the service i.d. for my dog along with i.d. for me stating that I had a disability and my dog was assisting me. So I place my order online at officialservicedogregistry.com . Later, I received an invoice stating that I can expect my documents within 2-5 days. It also states, if I didn't receive the documents within 10 business days to call for your tracking number. So after three days, I called just to see if they indeed mailed the documents. Being only one state up from Arizona ( where they "claim" the business is located). A lady answered the phone with a simple " hello" no kind of professional customer service skills like most accredited businesses. She did not state the name of the business. So I simply asked her if the cards and documents were mailed yet, she asked for the fake registration I.D. number and I gave it to her. She told me it was mailed three days ago. So I asked her may I have the tracking number ( which the email stated it had) she replied by saying " what tracking number?" I told her that the email that was sent to me stated this order had a tracking number . She replied by saying for the vest only ( which it did not state.) So I waited for the fake i.d. card and documents to arrive. Waited four more days ( need I remind you I only live a state up from Arizona) So I called back again and told her I didn't receive it. She said she was gonna mail it back. I asked her to mail it with a tracking number this time. She got very rude and her tone got very unpleasant as if she wanted to fight. She rudely said "I don't do tracking numbers. I can mail it with an apartment number on it instead". I told her that the usps can provide tracking numbers. She then got more belligerent and screamed I CAN NOT DO TRACKING NUMBERS. I then asked her can I pay for a tracking number? NO she replied. I then told her I would need a refund if you are not willingly to provide a tracking number as stated in the email within the receipt I received. So I told her I would need a refund since there is no proof that you mailed it in the first place. She then said you will not get a refund . I don't do refunds. Then I went to tell her how valuable a tracking number would be to me. She keep being rude trying to talk over me. Being unprofessional and vicious. I told her mail whatever you want. I then asked for a supervisor. " I am the supervisor" she replied. I called the place a total of 4 times all 4 times she answered. So that in itself you know is fishy. Secondly, the rudeness which is unacceptable in a legitimate business. Thirdly, I did research later and saw several complaints stating this company was fraudulent. Fourth, there is no such thing as a legal registration number starting with OSDR . Fifth, I googled the number which belonged to a website at wix.com (from Palm Beach County,Fl). The moral to this story is she never mailed anything to begin with and her refusal of getting a tracking number even when I offered to pay for the tracking number tells how this fraudulent company is beating people with disabilities out of their hard earned money. Do not purchase anything from this "company". Nothing is legal. BBB needs to go into further investigation and execute them to the fullest instinct of the law
