I purchased postage stamps advertise at a 70% discount from this company that uses the USPS name and the blue eagle head logo. So I thought it was legitimate. But on my paypal account the names are all in Chinese. They did ship it from a city in Indiana.

The stamps look real and are Forever stamps. The sheets even say USPS with their eagle head logo on the back. The giveaway was the Chinese words in my paypal account that are not readable.
