I placed an order for a mother/daughter matching infinity heart bracelet on 10/29, I received a confirmation email immediately which stated " due to increased order volume, please allow 2-4 days for order to be shipped ^ to receive tracking #", it has been 8 business days and have not received any other email for my purchase. I did attempt to contact customer service via email and was told by a "Mary Rose" that "my order was still processing due to currently being overwhelmed with the support of our community and are trying to fulfill orders and that mine would be sent soon". Soon? that's it, no date. I have read an abundant amount of reviews for this company stating they ordered something and have never received it.
