I paid $400 for a year of dog hiking which I received a contract to receive on and off leash training, heel training, side, center. The contract stated up to 2 times weekly hiking sessions for 60-90 minute sessions. The contract stated that transportation was also included with the paid for package. What I received was approximately 2.5 months of hiking with no dog training throughout prior to receiving a notification that the contract was being canceled due to the inability to travel to my location anymore. I initially had discussed that I would receive a refund for $250 by 10/14/2022. The initial refund that I received was for $50 for which I received a phone call with the excuse that the initial refund through website financial service Wix had 2 individual training sessions marked as unpaid so Wix did not provide the full refund and I was assured that I would receive the remaining $200 by 10/31/22. On this same phone discussion we discussed that $250 was insufficient refund since I received less than 3 months of dog hiking and I requested at least $300 for the refund. What was agreed upon through text message was a refund of $275 which I settled for due to being considerate. On 10/31 the intended automatic refund did not come, I notified of the lack of refund and the next day I received a venmo for $100 titled Final Refund. I contacted the business notifying of insufficient refund and was told that the 2 training sessions were actually unpaid, which I did not receive a receipt or notification of at any time throughout the hiking contract. Throughout the hiking contract I received less that 1 hr from time of pickup to drop off, one time weekly with intermittent no shows, consistent rescheduling and late arrivals.

I believe that this business is intended to scam since there was constant miscommunication even when requesting specific details, constant changes in agreed upon refund and contract detail and have so far only received $200 in refund following numerous arguments about what was included in the contract and what was due as refund.
