I purchased three ornaments online. Three ornaments arrived. However, two were broken. I've contacted them four times through the email and have received no response. I'm not asking for a refund. I'm asking for replacement items. There is no address, phone number, country, etc. listed on their website. You can only contact them through this email. My account was charged immediately.
