I purchased a shirt from their website on 11/23/23 for my son. It was supposed to arrive by Christmas. My credit card was immediately debited. It is now April, and the item was never shipped. After a couple of emails with the company, they kept apologizing for shipping delays, stating it would be about 2 weeks before shipping. I asked for a refund, and they completely ghosted me. Now the website is expired / nonexistent.
