Was looking for someone to create a website and logo and when I caught them in lies and felt uneasy I called back to cancel and they refused to give my money back even with a 100% money back guarantee. After speaking with Alex Martin he told me that contracts are not provided unless asked for by the customer and he would not refund my money hours after I gave my cc information. Also when you click on the terms and conditions on their website nothing appears. I told him that the business practice was unethical and he explained to me that you can’t get a refund if you don’t want a servicE, it doesn’t work that way. No creditable company would refuse to give a refund for services that were asked repeatedly to not be performed!
