Advertised on Facebook with videos of cute jumpsuits and money back guaranteed. They arrived and they weren't at all like they advertised, extremely poor quality and cut very oddly so they are unwearable. When emailed for a refund, a chatbot responds with "the fees to return are too high, please give to your aunt." I asked for my money back several times and a shipping slip to return this awful purchase.
