Ordered a product last spring, assumed that with all this covid stupidity going on, it was sitting on a dock somewhere, waited, then They sent me an email, "how do you like you product?" I replied, haven't received it yet. A few months later responded to the same email, Still waiting?? No response for a year.

Found a customer help line and talked to them, they informed me that it was lost in shipping, do you want another or your money back? I want my product. I'm still waiting, emailed them last week and they informed me:

This was purchased last year, and you are only chasing us about it now. Sorry, but this is long overdue and very much outside the 30 day warranty.

I paid over there hundred dollars for this, and got screwed!!
