1R8HNFTONUU3-315159377359 | Order Missing. I was supposed to get a delivery from Zara by Jan 18th. The delivery company they used is Go Bolt. I’ve never heard of this company before. I kept getting texts messages saying my package was on the way then after that another text stating the delivery was unsuccessful but no reason as to why it was unsuccessful. This happened for 1 week and each day same thing. I emailed the company each day and they kept saying you’ll get your package today but they were lying to me. The last message I got said they couldn’t find the package. Up to today I still have not gotten the package. I have all my emails to the company with screen shots if needed. They are liars and unreliable. Their license should be taken away.
