I placed an order on the Hey Dude Canada website on Nov 30/22. I received a shipping notice from Globali Express on Dec 16/22. To date, I have not received my order. There were regular updates until Jan 11/23. Since then, my shipment has been showing as "Stranded in Customs". I have contacted both Hey Dude (on numerous occasions) & Globali, but never received any replies. There is no address, phone number, or email address on the Hey Dude website. The only way to contact them is through a messaging system on their website, but as I stated, no replies were ever received. I sincerely believe that this website is a scam, & would like to see it shut down, so that there are no other victims in the future.
