Priscilla Anderson advertises on kijiji for pet sitting services. We paid in advance for one weekend in July and three weeks in August. She took our dog for two of the four nights the first weekend. .She claimed our dog was barking and our emergency contact had to pick her up. We are aware that she does not sit with the pets, but instead locks them in rooms. We no longer wanted her to perform the second service (as she had proven herself fraudulent and unreliable), and she refused to refund our payment for the three weeks in August of which she will not be performing the service. Tactics used includes payment in full in advance of service/in person meeting with dog outside of home and no visit inside/receipt provided stating no refunds available/urgent request for payment.
