Sold photographic images on website and payment was never made for sales. Crustmint.org set up a bogus, fake BTC account and pretended to payout to this account. When contacted for payment, they have continued (2 weeks now) to ignore emails and have yet to pay funds to registered account. This fraud has also been reported to RCMP Cybercrime division for records.

I found Kim Mattero posting various wedding items in a bridal Facebook group. I ordered from her in May. Fast forward to October I asked for an update. She told me it would go out on various different dates. I messaged her this past weekend to check on my order and was told that my order would be going out that day and she would send tracking. Later that night I realized I didn’t ever receive tracking and also noticed I she has blocked me on all social media platforms. Even blocking me from her personal page and her wife’s. She has done this to multiple brides. She has scammed and ruined hundreds of brides weddings. She has found a loop hole where she drags your order out until you can no longer dispute the charges with your bank due to it being past the chargeback eligibility date(s). She will not stop scamming until someone stops her. I have multiple screenshots of other instances she has done this same type of thing. Because so many scorn brides came together and commented on her business pages to warn others she has now changed her business name to Bridal Envy Co. and has begun taking orders and advertising under this new business name. She also uses her wife’s account to advertise since her personal page has also been shut down due to people harassing her for their money or items. Her wife’s name is Jessica Kamandulis. Kim Mattero has also went by Kim Carroll as well. Please steer clear from this business!!

Kim Mattero and or Jessica Kamandulis have been scamming hundreds of people online for most of if not all of 2023. When I first came across Kims business I was excited. She offered affordable wedding gifts/decor and I was on a budget. After purchasing I started to see several reviews or post stating they never recieve their items and would end up blocked. What people didnt know is that Kim and or Jessica thought they had found a loop hole to scam brides depending on their items. They would string you along stating something has happened or they got behind only to make sure they are past the allowed time to dispute charges with your bank and you get stuck without your money. The first business name she used and I purchased from was The Enchanted Forest. She eventually had to change her business name due to multiple brides coming together in a bridal facebook group, to make sure her, her business, and her scheme was exposed. She eventually started blocking people from her personal page so you are not able to comment on any of her advertisements to warn others. She even had to deactivate her first facebook account Kim Mattero because of people nonstop harrasing her about their orders. She then started using the facebook name Jessica Kamandulis under a new business page Bridal Envy Co. It wasnt long before the scorn brides found out it was her and started doing the same thing to her new business name and facebook. I gave this woman and her business the benefit of the doubt and will regret it forever. She has ruined a portion of my wedding by never recieving my items and possibly out of my money. My wedding is October 21st and on October 14th she told me she would be sending me tracking that everything was all boxed up and ready to go. I go to check later that day and I was blocked from her personal page as well as her facebook group I was previously in. She will open and read my messages and will not respond. She has established a pattern with the way she does her business and I have now fallen victim to it as well. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this business the best you can!
