I just listed my car on Craigslist yesterday and just as I suspected, I've been contacted by someone saying he definitely will buy my car, but first I need to run a car audit ($27). Probably thousands of cars per day are listed on Craigslist. These "interested buyers" are actually commissioned agents who have NO INTENTION of buying the car, (in my case a 2002 Volvo V70XC) but rather telling their boss to be looking for a report being run on a 2002 Volvo V70XC at which point they get a portion of the $27. It is a waste of every seller's time, but more importantly it is a business whose foundation is 100% LIES. Run an ad to sell a car and you will see what I mean. This guy is persistent. Please do your part to shut these scammers down. Thank you.
