This organization has been leaving multiple messages on my parents phone stating I have been served and leaving a CV case number. When I called them back it was regarding a dispute with Fifth Third Bank. The first lady I spoke with was extremely rude and threatening and hung up when I tried to ask her questions so I called back. The second "paralegal" was kind and helpful and spent an hour trying to work through the situation with me and then became agitated when I asked for documentation, proof, etc and started questioning and refused to give him my current bank account information to withdraw funds from for the next 9 months. I contacted the bank directly and they advised me to file a complaint with ScamPulse.com and CFPB and to contact the company back and tell them I was doing so. When I contacted the Org and Associates and explained that I was, in fact, going to file complaints with the ScamPulse.com and CFPB, they laughed and said ok.

These people referred to themselves as Org and Associates. They called myself, my husband and my son! They stated that we owed money to Bank of America ( Which we do not have an account there) and demanded $500 over the phone or we will receive a summons. They would not provide and address or a website, only demanded payment over the phone. I called Bank of America and they confirmed that we do not owe money and would NEVER use a collection agency to demand money over the phone. When I called back confronting them about this, and that they were a scam, they became hostile and hung up on me.

Received a vm yesterday from a man named Joseph Klein saying he was a process server and would attempt to serve me at my home or place of business the following day and said if I had any questions I could contact the law office at 832-906-8201 and left a case number. They also called my husband, father, and step mother. I called the number and they said they were ORG and Associates and that I had a civil court case against me. They said they were in Houston, TX (I have never even been to TX). They asked to verify the last four of my social, which I told them I did not know. I told them that if they were going to serve me, feel free to but to stop calling and threatening myself and my family. At that point the man from ORG screamed at me to "get off his line".

Called with only my maiden name- wouldn’t give any valid info on what they said I owed money for. Called my entire family’s phone numbers. Stated with one family member that I would be served tomorrow. With another family member they left a voicemail stating my name and that I had been served over the phone... there is no website, nothing when phone number is googled, no business address other than that they are in Texas and nothing on my credit report supporting their claim.
