Didn't get paid my winnings

Okay this person that went by Peach Maya for Orion stars contacted me through Facebook/messenger asking me if I would like to create an Orion stars account...so I said yes sure...so Peach Maya created me an Orion account...then I sent $30.00 dollars to this person peach Maya cash app which the cash app name was crystal Phion $cocabyebye2..so I sent the $30.00 dollars and my money got loaded onto my game...so I played and I ended up winning..so I closed out of the game and went back into messenger and told peach Maya that I won and would like to be cashed out and she text me back saying I had to wait...and I asked why well they never gave me an answer on why I had to wait but that I just needed to wait and I was promised that I would get my winnings cashed app to me soon enough...well like 4 or so hours have passed so I went back to messenger asking peach Maya why it was taking so long to cash app me my winnings...all of a sudden Peach Maya had blocked me on messenger and when I went back into my Orion account my money that I had won was gone to
...I would really like my winnings what do I do?

Does not pay out winnings

I want to be clear first it was Sakura Sweepstakes on Facebook who scammed me. I signed up for a orions stars account with sakura sweepstakes. I deposited $10 and later on that day I won over $50. They said their cash out rules are $50 is minimum cash out and $500 is Max. I tried to cash out but they just kept telling me to hold on because they were having cash app issues. Next thing I know I’m blocked from messaging them. It’s complete BS. They advertise that they are legit and are lightning fast with cash outs. What the heck happened here?

I play slot games and on line through Facebook under Orion Stars field agent they create u an account then you cash app money then u let them know through messenger only and all of a sudden u can't communicate and your money isn't on your account and u don't receive the gifts either the name of the scammer he shows online only is TRAVIS THOMPSON and he creates a username as travisle03 and his cash app that he has you send money to is $7play7withus7
