Judy Ortiz of Ortiz Concrete had called a number of times to order rebar and needed it asap. We didn't stock the amount they requested. After a few months she called again and this time was ready to order and pick up a few days later. 3 days after payment we found out a fraudulent credit card was used.

"Ortiz Concrete" placed a phone order with our company. The order was paid with a credit card over the phone. They hired and arranged for a third party to pick up the order and deliver to a residential address. About a week later, our credit card merchant advised that the credit card charge is being disputed . Tried to contact "Ortiz Concrete" and phone number is bogus and they have not responded to our emails. Fraudulent credit card has been used. The third party that was hired to pick up the material was scammed as well. They received payment with a different credit card number and the charge was disputed.
