The money was transfered into this bank account, and my friend tried to withdraw some money into her account and the account was frozen. The bank then claimed, that the account was under review by the royal bank of Canada and the Canadian revenue agency. A few days later the bank was requesting a payment of $23,000 to unlock the account.
