Paypal - fake Reports & Reviews (1)

- Laurel, MD, USA

I called PayPal and spoke to Chris Williams who identified as a Technical Supervisor and alarmed me stating that my account was hacked and asked me to buy a google play card for $100.00 which would enable him to recoup the money from a Nigerian location, I did it and they also stated that time is of the essence and I should act quickly - when I bought the google play card - they wanted me to scratch the code and give it to them, I did as instructed, next I get a call from another guy, named Mark Foster from 866-479-4777 extension 1009 and asked me to get another card for $100.00 which I did and he also immediately accessed the code and used the card. Next I get a call from James Walton who pretended to a Sr. Manager who wanted me to buy a google play card for $500.00 that’s when I caught on to the scam and refused to go on and contacted PayPal authorities- who stated that these 3 folks misrepresented the company and I closed the account.

Please stop this scam and racket by bringing down the false contact numbers used for PayPal account.

Thanks
