I lost my sweet fur baby a year ago. I found this site and thought their pictures were the actual work. I thought maybe having something that I could hold that resembled a real kitten would help me heal. This is a scam. The items looks like a cheap carnival prize. I feel completely taken advantage of.

I purchased a realistic dog.. HAHA on me. It was for my autistic granddaughter. This company should be prosecuted . The sad look on her face was terrible! Did not know this came from over seas! They need to stop ripping people off!

I feel this company is a scam! I bought the spinx cat called "Null" for 19.99 and shipping. I did not receive the item I ordered. I then tried to contact them and could find no way to make contact. There add [email protected] but it brings up a page with no link for customer service. Buyer beware! Please look at reviews many people have had problems with this seller. I have wrong product and no way to ship back item I received to get my money back I cannot even get a return label from them. Their add is very deceptive and I do not recommend this seller.

I ordered the lifelike husky puppy for my nephews birthday. I should have checked the reviews but sadly did not. I knew when it arrived in a bag I’d been scammed. With shipping included, this item cost over $42. The list price was $27.99 and the bag it was shipped in was labeled $19.99. When I saw what was inside the bag I was furious! This item would have cost no more than five bucks at any dollar type store. I will continue daily, I am sure to no avail, to try to have my money refunded. Beware, do not purchase anything from this website as the items are nothing as depicted in their advertisements.

You have got to be kidding! I could have paid less at walmart! Why do you take advantage of people on the internet, false advertisement! This was suppose to be life-like, not at all! I'm afraid to ask you to replace it. So I would like a refund, I should report you to the bbb! I will see how you respond to this review!

Same as many posters here. Pictures were of a lifelike cat doll with a "weighted cloth body," "plump fiberfill" made with "6 cotter pin joints" so that the "head and claws rotate" with glass eyes and clay nose. What was received was a very cheap hard form plastic or styrofoam figurine with plastic eyes and nose. There were no cotter pin joints at all, no part of the doll was movable as advertised. There were no claws at all much less claws that "rotate." Completely misadvertised and a complete violation of FTC laws. Since they are a Chinese company, the FTC should shut down their websites and get at them through their distributor. The person who sent me my package is Alejandro Ruiz, 1550 Glenn Curtiss Street in Carson, CA. The FTC should talk with Mr. Ruiz, and get information about this company and how he receives the shipments from them and who he deals with, how he came to be in partnership wth them, etc. Mr. Ruiz is complicit.

Purchase was made using my info on facebook by accident for a realistic did which turned out to be a stuffed toy with a plastic body. I found out the next day and tried to stop the transaction but couldn't. So after a couple of days the transaction went through and I put in a dispute. Then in 2 weeks I received the items which did turn out to be junk

I looked up the address on the package and found out it was a fraud for this company. So after looking up their e-mail address and phone number which were both non existent. After more research, I found a number for them and contacted them. After a few tries, I was told they would refund my money- which they lied about. I asked them about returning the merchandise to a correct address, and they told me to keep it. After a few more weeks, I received a letter from my bank stating that the merchant did not receive the merchandise back. I called the bank and told them that the merchant told me to keep it, and I had informed them that I was going to throw it away because it was useless. But I had also told the bank earlier that the address they used was fraudulent and that even if I had kept the merchandise I would of never been able to return it, and this was done purposely to prevent a return and refund, but the bank sided with the merchant and I was scammed out of $57.07. Please help me.

March 10, 2021 I purchased a realistic anatomically correct silicone baby doll for $85.46. On April 8, 2021 I received my package. It wasn't anything like what I purchased. Their cancellation and refund policy is an absolute joke and they don't have a physical telephone number to reach out to. I either want the product I purchased or I want my money back. I have attached a picture of the doll I ordered and the doll I received.

Ordered a realistic reborn doll and received a dollar store crap doll it looks nothing like the photo and didn't even come with the accessories it should have came with.

Ordered what I thought was a silicone based hand crafted doll, and received a very cheap plastic doll that looked nothing like what I ordered. Went to the contact section of the website and discovered the location is some Chinese address, and the senders name on the package was from Joe Doe..from New Castle, Delaware

I also ordered the "Realistic Bunny Jenny". And also received the very, very cheap, battery operated, hard plastic, unrealistic bunnies pictured here. I contacted seller right away. They offered 40% and keep them. They are awful and advertised falsely. I asked for a full refund. A few days later they offered 70% off. I DO NOT want these. They aren't even worth 70% off. Still waiting. I keep asking for the ones pictured on their website. NO RESPONSE! It must be a scam. So sad someone cheats people in this way.

I would leave less than a 1 if I had the option. I ordered a "life-like" cat for my daughter for her birthday. The picture was adorable. With shipping and tax the item cost me about $33 which I wouldn't complain about except its probably worth about two. I am so beyond disgusted and disappointed. And not only does it not look alike it is already falling apart. I would post pictures but I don't think I can here. Do not buy from them. It is a scam! The first picture is from the website, the others are pictures of the item we received.

This is an insult. Really? They REALLY need to be put out of business, arrested, or something. They only offered me a 50% refund. I paid 30 bucks for this dollar store crap. I could've gone to dollar tree myself if I wanted something like this. I hope they get what they deserve. This is a rip off pure and simple.

I'm very disappointed I ordered the 11" Diaz Black Reborn Doll and they sent me something totally different and it's hard as a brick. This was a gift for my 7yr old granddaughter birthday. Now I'm still losing money because I'm being required too pay return shipping. Very disappointed in this. Never purchase from them I know I want. Scammers.

Tell me what this is.

I ordered a pair of shoes on Jan 27 and have yet to receive them. Total purchase was $43.98. I have sent emails and gotten no response back from any of them. These people are scammers and taking peoples hard earned money. I paid through PayPal in which they’ve done a claim and I have yet to get my money back. The same product I ordered is now being advertised on Facebook with different names which is clearly a scam. These people need to be stopped from taking peoples hard earned money?

I had purchased a “reborn” realize looking baby doll for my nursing home residents. I was sent a doll from dollar tree, they offered a 50% refund and for me to keep the $1, they are still profiting from their miss advertisement. They should be ashamed, my residents were looking forward to this baby and it’s a huge disappointment.

I paid over $40 for what looked like high quality toy bunnies. I got absolute junk that looks like it came from the dollar store. Completely scammed. I have seen better toys at a carnival. Now Im in the long process of trying to get a refund.
