It just happened to me today and yesterday also a yorkie was going to be delivered through pedairways from Pennsylvania found the puppy on Facebook and come to find out I had a gut feeling it was a scam but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. 1,000 thermal crate, 1,020 insurance 550 shots paid through vanilla Visa cards. One of them didn’t work so anther $500
I felt so stupid I was getting the pup for my kids for Xmas they were excited and now I’m torn how they could do this . The number there is the one I have been contacting with.

Joke company with scammers on board! If they are really a company it has to train staff ASAP! Threatening ppl is not only weak but spells out incompetence of staff and owner

Horrible

Was trying to purchase a puppy pitbull found this company online went through all of the contracts and confirmation contacts and conversations sent the money signed a contract $800 cents via zalle then tracking and transporting puppy information was sent via email then we get a phone call saying that we need to send an additional thousand dollars the voice on the other end sound like middle eastern man or Indian accent come to realize at this point this is a scam!

I found a puppy (Yorkshire terrier) on Craigslist. I sent the person $350 first through PayPal but I put the wrong email in so he asked me to put $350 on a One Vanilla Gift Card and take a picture of the front and back of the card with a picture of the receipt. He said he would use the card to ship the puppy. He said it was too late to ship the puppy that night(Tuesday 7/22) so he would do it first thing the next morning (Wednesday 7/23). He sent me the tracking number and registration number on Wednesday. At 9:09 am I received an email for an electronic crate needed for the puppy and I would be getting a refund when I received the puppy at my door. I sent the $1,000 on 2 One Vanilla gift cards. Then at 12:56 pm I get another email for insurance fee needed for the puppy. I contacted the seller, He "said" he would pay $225 if I paid $775. I sent the 2 One Vanilla gift cards. At 6:13 pm I get another email for vaccination for the puppy. I contact the seller again and he said he would pay $110 if I pay $250. I sent them another One Vanilla Gift card. On July 24th, I get another email asking for a state and city quarantine fee of $1,000. I contact the seller again. He "paid $500 and I paid $500. Refund will be applied when I get the puppy delivered to my door.. On July 25th, after arguing and threatening these people to take them to small claims court, they email me again (3:36 pm) for

Pet transfer of ownership Document

Microchip number

Certified Pedigree document

American Kennel Club document

Adoption/sales contract (the seller sent this to me before he shipped the "puppy)

total of $1,000. But the "company gave me a discount of 50%. The seller asked me to pay $250 and he would "pay" $250.

On July 26th they send me another email saying the puppy refused to eat last night and then again this morning and the vet "said" she had "anorexia" which is basically loss of appetite in dogs. The antibiotics will cost $1250 but thanks to the insurance I paid them for the puppy, the insurance department would pay 50% and I would have to pay the rest. The seller asked me to pay $250 and he would "pay" the rest of the fee. The supervisor of the "company" texted me 2 days later saying the puppy was eating better and I would have to pay an upkeep fee after he assured me 2 days before that I wouldn't have to pay any more fees after I pay my part for the antibiotics. Because the puppy was sick under their care. But he lied.

I called the Fredericksburg, VA police and asked them if they know anything about a company called Pedairways and they told me there was no such company. I also called the Leesville, FL Police and they said they didn't have a street called Rhapsody Street in their town. That is when I realized that everyone was right about this being a scam. I was so caught up about getting this puppy I refused to listen to friends and family.

- Canterbury, NH, USA

The company was supposed to ship and deliver the puppy. Which they said they had the puppy. Got me to pay 1200 for insurance on puppy. Had me pay with American Express gift cards said the money was refundable. Then sent me another email stating I need to pay 2000 more for the puppy to get USDA-APHIS CERTIFICATE # 41-H-686/T14. When I told them I didn’t have the funds for that they stopped communicating with me.
